We aren't taking orders yet. Our full shipping and returns policy will be published here before checkout opens — and summarized on every product page.
What you can count on
- Costs before payment. Shipping cost, estimated delivery and tax are shown before you pay — never added afterwards.
- Who ships it. Many products ship directly from the brand or its warehouse. Where that is the case, we tell you before you buy.
- Tracking. You get tracking as soon as an order ships.
- Returns that work. The return window, condition rules and who pays return postage will be stated in the policy and on each product page before you can order.
- Safety first. Anything safety-related is escalated to a person on our team, not handled by automation.
