What we promise before you buy.
The rules every Sold On Air show and product page follows. They apply to us, to our hosts and to every brand we feature.
1. Every product is verified first
A product cannot be published until it has been through review. For each one we build a verified product record: photography, dimensions and weight, materials, variants, what is in the box, manuals and specifications, approved and prohibited claims, real demonstration footage, certifications and warnings, and the rights to every asset we use.
- We test real samples — measured, photographed, used and filmed.
- Each feature and specification is approved against a named source before it can be shown or said.
- Compliance, inventory and fulfillment are confirmed before a product goes on air.
2. Hosts say only what the record supports
- No invented results, ratings, reviews or testimonials.
- No claims of personal experience: our virtual hosts do not own, use or benefit from products.
- No medical, legal or financial advice, and no regulated claims beyond approved wording.
- No comparisons with named competitors unless they are verified under the same conditions.
3. AI never decides what a product is
AI can improve presentation — environments, lighting, pacing, storytelling. It may never invent a feature, a result, a certification, a compatibility, a physical behavior or any other product claim. Where generated imagery cannot faithfully reproduce the real product, we use verified photography, real demonstration footage or compositing instead. Presentation images that are AI-assisted are labelled on the product page.
4. Honest labels
- Prerecorded programs are labelled as prerecorded. We will only ever say “live” about something that is.
- Upcoming programs show their premiere date — never a pretend “on now”.
- Shows say whether they are in development, premiering soon or available.
5. Prices and offers are current, and urgency is real
- Prices and availability come from live records, not from a video recorded weeks ago.
- No fake countdowns or invented scarcity. A countdown appears only when an offer genuinely ends.
- No inflated “was” prices.
- Availability we cannot vouch for is not offered: inventory data older than 72 hours blocks a purchase until it is confirmed.
6. Products we don't feature
Regardless of how well something might sell, we don't feature products that need a prescription or make medical claims, supplements sold on health claims, weapons, tobacco, vaping, cannabis or adult products, products with unverifiable claims or open recalls, or products we can't rely on being delivered.
